If you select USPS Priority Mail and it's cheaper to use a USPS Flat Rate box, I'll use that method as long as your order fits.
Credit Card/Debit Card Payments: The actual cost of the shipping, plus $.50 for shipping and handling will be charged at the time of shipping which is already figured into the shipping costs. (Don't know the actual costs of shipping until your order is packaged and weighed).
You will not be charged more than what my shipping calculator says! In many cases, the shipping charge will be less than what the shipping calculator estimates.
Customer Pickup Information:
Order pickup is by appointment only! This is a business run out of my home. If you live in the Port Angeles, WA area, and would like to pick up your order, please select "customer pickup" as your shipping option. I'll either call or e-mail you when your order is ready and make an appointment for your order pick-up.
I do not have a large stock on hand, and most orders are hand poured as I receive them. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and up to 10 business days during the holiday season. This does not include shipping time.
I really do want you to be happy with your purchases. I highly recommend you ordering small amounts at first or ordering a variety of scents before you commit to a large order of all one scent.
If a product is defective, I'll do a full refund including shipping within 30 days (ie. a tart melt warmer doesn't warm). You must return the merchandise and all of its packaging within the 30 day time period.
If you decide you don't want the item, I'll refund any unopened and unused merchandise minus any shipping within 10 days. You must pay all shipping costs.
