Shipping Information: The shipping prices you see is only an estimate. If the actual cost is more than $1.00 off, I will gladly refund you the difference. Example: I quote a shipping price of $7.95 and the actual cost is really $5.40 I will refund $2.55. If the cost is actually $7.25, then I will not refund the difference.

Customer Pickup Information:     Order pickup is by appointment only! This is a business run out of my home. If you live in the Port Angeles, WA area, and would like to pick up your order, please select "customer pickup" as your shipping option. I'll either call or e-mail you when your order is ready and make an appointment for your order pick-up. My business hours are:10:00 am - 5:00 pm Mon-Fri.       Phone calls are welcome no later than 7:00 pm weekdays, and no later then 4:00 pm on Saturdays. (Pacific standard time) Phone orders are welcome, Call 360-775-4050. I'm closed all holidays.

Payment Information:   I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders for payment. All orders must be prepaid before they are filled. Processing Information:   I do not have a large stock on hand, and most orders are handpoured as I receive them. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and up to 10 business days during the holiday season.  This does not include shipping time.

Sales Tax Information:   All Washington State residents will be charged sales tax.   Returns:   I really do want you to be happy with your purchases. I highly recommend you ordering small amounts at first or ordering a variety of scents before you commit to a large order of all one scent.   If a product is defective, I'll do a full refund including shipping within 30 days (ie. a tart melt warmer doesn't warm). You must return the merchandise and all of its packaging within the 30 day time period.   If you decide you don't want the item, I'll refund any unopened and unused merchandise minus any shipping within 10 days. You must pay all shipping costs.
