Do you have a catalog? TOP
No; because our items and fragrance choices change so often, we do not offer a print catalog. All of our items are available for viewing on our website.
Why don't you list burning times for your candles? TOP
Burn times are not given for most of our candles since burning time can be affected by various factors (i.e., whether wicks are trimmed or not, traffic flow and drafts in the room). Since we don't know the conditions under which the candle is being burned, we can't guarantee that you'll get a certain number of hours of burn time. We do note general burn times for votives, but these are not guaranteed.
Do you give free samples? TOP
No. But because there is no miniumum order with the exception of some sale items you can just order one of each if you would like.
Can I pick up my order? TOP
Yes, if you are in the local area then use Discount coupon "customer pickup" while checking out. This is case senstive!
Do you ship outside of the U.S.? TOP

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, money orders and payment through PayPal. Please allow seven (7) business days for checks and money orders to clear before your order is shipped. Orders can be placed through our secure online shopping cart or call 360-775-4050.
How long will it take to get my order? TOP
We usually ship regular retail orders within 3-5 business days, beginning the day after you place your order. Our business days are Monday through Friday. During peak seasons and especially around holidays, this can be extended to 7-12 business days. Shipping time can take another 2 to 5 days, depending on the delivery area the order is going to.
